Premium Drivers and Build: The high output 3.5" polypropylene woofers and 3/4" silk dome tweeters are each driven by a dedicated amplifier, with a total of 40 watts of Class AB amplifications. The rounded and ported MDF cabinets have been custom tuned for superior near field frequency response and sonic performance, while ensuring that they look as good as they sound.
Advanced Wired Connectivity: The DT 3BT speakers feature a host of connectivity options, so you can easily connect to a variety of audio sources. The 3.5mm unbalanced TRS jack on the front panel allows you to quickly and easily connect to the headphones output on your phone or mp3 player. The unbalanced stereo RCA pair on the rear panel allows you to connect to traditional consumer electronics devices, such as DVD players, while the balanced 1/4" stereo pair on the rear panel allows you to connect to professional, balanced audio sources, such as a professional audio mixer. The package includes both 3.5mm and RCA stereo audio cables and speaker wire to connect the two speakers to each other.
Bluetooth: The built in Bluetooth radio allows you to connect wirelessly and stream audio from any Bluetooth equipped smartphone or tablet.
Front Headphone Connection: The Monoprice DT 3BT speakers feature a convenient headphone jack on the front panel. Plugging in a set of headphones will mute the speaker output, so you can easily switch to silent operation when you need to avoid disturbing others at home or in the office.
