Overview

The Cap FM-CS704-O incorporates all of the necessary features and functions found on traditional utility benches and can be used in combination with other training aids to offer even more exercising options. Use the FM-CS704-O as a key component in dumbbell training routines. Perform a number of upper and lower body exercises while incorporating dumbbell use to hit goals and build/maintain muscle. The FM-CS704-O can also be used as the center piece for core exercises. Great for leg lifts, crunches, twists and more. Recommended maximum weight capacities for the bench are 300 pound (flat position, including user) and 300 pound (inclined positions, including user). This unit is for indoor use only.
