Moroccan poufs are wonderful leather ottomans made for many uses such as seating. This lovely unique furniture has many names round the world such as hassock, tuffet, and pouffe/poof. These lovely round ottomans have many different uses, for example it's an excellent foot stool or foot rest and a lovely piece of furniture or house wares. A Moroccan pouf makes for an excellent piece of home decor. We hand process our Moroccan ottomans by the same traditions that remain unchanged for centuries and were passed down through families for generations. We use an earth-friendly process to produce these poufs. This includes using natural dyes and sunlight to tan the hides. We embroider colorful hand stitched designs onto each top of every leather pouffe. We create new ideas to design new styles that bring trend to the world of home decor and design. A Moroccan pouf can come in a large variety of colors sizes and styles from simple plain designs to intricate and embroidered designs. As much as these leather poufs are useful, this type of furniture can bring a nice addition and provide seating to any room whether inside homes, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and much more, it's a beautiful piece of home decor.

Story Behind the Art: Behind each pouf is a team of artisans who are vigorously working around the clock to craft each masterpiece. It all starts with our workshop leader and expert craftsman, Badr. Every since he was young, he has been surrounded by an artisanal environment. His father, grandfather and many fathers before were all expert craftsmen, they had a family gift of steady crafty hands. Badr learned leatherwork since a young age. Now he is top rated within Morocco. He now leads the team that assembles every pouf. He handpicks the highest quality leather and preps it for the rest of the team. Next on the team are Rasheed and Arousi who have been handpicked by Badr to join the workshop. They together dye, cut, and craft the poufs with assistance from Badr. Next on the team is Naima. She is exceptionally talented. She works around the clock hand embroidering beautiful designs onto the tops of each pouf.
