The Smith Machine safely allows you to squat and bench press without a spotter, while the pulley system works with the arm presses, seated rowing cable, and cable crossovers to deliver an intense workout. The SM-4033 also includes Power Tower features for body weight training, such as a multi-grip pull-up bar and dip handles. The adjustable weight bench allows for precise targeting of different muscles during your workouts, while included attachments such as the preacher curl pad and curl bar rest add convenience and variety to your routine.
