Overview

This Penn Senator Combo Rod and Reel Set is designed to be a handy companion for the serious angler. A sturdy graphite composite Penn Special Senator Rod combined with the popular Senator Reel, the Penn Senator Combo gives you most everything you need for saltwater fishing. EVA grips make the Penn Special Senator Rod comfortable to hold as you wait for a fish to bite, and the lightweight graphite frame makes it easy to hold the combo rod and reel in the correct position. The Penn Senator Combo's reel features washers that help to provide smooth drag under heavy loads and big catches. Fishing line is wound around the combo rod, and the reel's machined aluminum spool with stainless steel rings keeps the frame in position. A marine grade bronze alloy main gear makes this rod reliable and durable. At 6'6" in length, the Penn Senator Combo Rod gives you plenty of reach when casting your line.
