The UniFi Controller software, designed for user-friendly management, allows network administrators to configure and monitor the UniFi Switch and other UniFi devices through a graphical user interface. With the multi-site management feature, a single UniFi Controller instance can manage multiple UniFi sites from a centralized interface, each with its own network monitoring, configuration, maps, statistics, and admin accounts.
The switch configuration options are extensive, allowing you to customize operation modes, network/VLAN configurations, jumbo frame and flow control services, network settings, storm control settings, spanning tree configurations, and 802.1x control and RADIUS VLAN. A debug terminal option is also available for command-line interface.
The UniFi US-8-60W offers versatile mounting options. Use the included wall-mounting hardware to attach the switch to a vertical surface, or place it on a level, horizontal surface such as a table or desktop. The built-in, non-skid rubber feet ensure the switch stays firmly in place. For added security, a lock can be attached to the security slot on the side of the switch to deter theft.
