Built into each step of the staircase is a spacious storage drawer running on wooden center mount drawer slides and three rectangular shelves, varying in size. This bonus storage is a must for those working with limited floor space for other furniture. The Westbrook Staircase bunk includes two slat kits that are mattress ready and eliminate the need for bunkie boards or foundations.
